This Week on HSCF “Hunting Matters” Radio and Podcast: Matt Loessin, Owner, Vara Ranch

Houston Safari Club Foundation (HSCF) and “Hunting Matters” welcome Matt Loessin, owner of Vara Ranch.

Matt is the owner of Vara Ranch. He has been hunting his whole life in the United States and Mexico. In 2017 he purchased the property that is now Vara Ranch. The plan was to breed exotic species for conservation and they added the whitetail hatchling a year later. In 2020, they began the hunting side of the operation and will launch their inaugural hunting season and a new 5,000 square foot lodge in September 2022.

Matt has extensive experience in corporate entertainment through his oil and gas business for the last twenty years. The Vara Ranch hostel was designed with high-end corporate events in mind. Abundant amenities, 5-star service, and an incredible experience where Vara Ranch guests can bring their clients to build relationships and promote their business. Vara Ranch is located just southwest of Columbus, Texas.
