Safe LivinG™ Awards GLOCK® with Q1 Award for Excellence in Safety

Through community outreach, commitment to public safety and its partnership with Safe LivinG, GLOCK demonstrates exemplary performance in advocating for shooting sports safety and personal protection.

The company generously donated $100,000 to the Georgia Cobb County Safety Village to build the GLOCK Gun Safe House. This interactive miniature house is used to teach youth in the community about Safe Neighbor, Safe Place and gun safety. Safety Village of Cobb County believes that education is the key to reducing risk and protecting the public, teaching the importance of safety techniques, crime prevention guidance, and most importantly, providing residents with experiences learning practices.

With more than 37,000 pledges, GLOCK’s Follow the Four campaign promotes firearm safety and responsible gun ownership and handling. The campaign outlines the four main rules of firearms safety:

  3. Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire.
  4. Always be sure of your goal and what lies beyond it.
