Jacksonville, Florida- safariland®a Safariland Group brand®, a leading global provider of security products designed for the outdoor, professional, military and public safety markets and one of the key brands of Cadre Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CDRE) (“Cadre”) has announced exciting news. and highly anticipated for the concealed carry market. Following the company’s success with retention-rated protective covers, Safariland is expanding its daily carry line. Schema™, a new inside the waistband (IWB) holster, is the first of several new models arriving in the coming months.
Schema is a minimalist optics-ready holster designed for subcompact firearms. As the name implies, the holster’s skeletonized frame outline has a smaller footprint than traditional IWB offerings to optimize concealability. This new model offers superior functionality with a reinforced muzzle, allowing the firearm to be holstered seamlessly while the holster is in use. The firearm-specific design creates a precise fit, which is further ensured by Schema’s passive trigger guard retention.
“Safariland is thoughtfully expanding our concealment lineup to offer consumers the unparalleled quality and innovation they have come to expect from the brand,” said Eric Gasvoda, Duty Gear vice president and general manager for Safariland. “Schema is the beginning of the revitalization of our EDC holster line, and I can’t wait to get it into the hands of our customers.”
Schema and the company’s new EDC line are focused solely on responsible concealed carry. The new models will incorporate passive retention, updated adjustments and EDC versatility never before available in the Safariland lineup.
Schema is currently available for the Sig Sauer P365, P365XL, Taurus G2C and G3C, Glock 43 and Glock 43X, and Springfield Armory Hellcat. To learn more about Schema and the inspiration behind its design, visit Safariland.com.
