Pope and Young seeks CEO position

Pope and Young is seeking an experienced, intelligent, talented, enthusiastic, and dynamic leader to fill its role of CEO. As a member of the leadership team, this person will lead the organization and improve operations in its efforts to preserve, promote, and protect bowhunting.

The Chief Executive Officer is the key management leader for the daily operations of Pope and Young. Such responsibilities include overseeing administration, human resources, finance, fundraising, marketing, and member recruitment and retention. In collaboration with the board of directors, the chief executive officer will oversee the construction, implementation, and monitoring of Pope and Young’s strategic and operational plans.
